CASG Academic Concern Intake Form

During the November 2024 Council Meeting, Council passed a motion authorizing the executive to publish the CASG Academic Concern Intake Form, a form designed to collect, record, and retain student testimonies regarding academic concerns resulting from actions (or lack of action) from the University or someone working for the University. The testimonies identify patterns and areas for improvement within Carleton's academic rights framework. CASG aims to highlight your academic concerns and experiences through this intake form and use them to better inform our advocacy to the University.

Some of the common concerns we wish to hear about include course registration or course availability, missing/changed/deviations from course outlines, instructors not releasing grades/providing feedback/allowing students to view graded material, and accessibility concerns impacting academic success. Please visit the form below to view more examples and submit your academic experiences.
